This picture is of a hickory pecan floor in the process of being finished. This foor can have a natural look or a darker look if it is stained.

Hickory Pecan Stairway and Landing

The hickory pecan has been hand scraped and stained to give it a rustic look without all the scratches of an old floor. The landing has rounded bullnoses, and the custom stairway was built to match the floor.

Hickory Pecan Madallion

This particular madallion was designed and installed years ago by the owner Paul. We still do create custom madallions, but because of all the technology break-throughs, most madallions are made and sold as one separate piece.

Mahogany Madallion

This Madallion is inlayed into natural mahogany flooring with a moisture cured finish.
|

Custom Maple Stair Treads
|
|
|
|
This Stairway was custom built in the owner's home. The pony wall was removed, the bottom step was extended, all the MDF trim pieces were added, and the maple treads were then stained to match the rest of the home.

The Big White Trucks
|
|
|
|
Most hardwood flooring companies use pickup trucks or flatbeds. IHC on the other hand has a fleet of big enclosed white trucks similar to FED EX trucks. This protects all of our customers materials as well as our own tools. This enables us to complete the job rain or shine.

Red Oak Craftsman Style Stairway

One of our teams custom built this handrail, balusters, and newel posts as well as installed both the treads and risers.

Refinished Oak Floor

|
|
|
Refinishing is a large part of our company. This particular floor is over fifty years old.

Red Oak Rounded Corner

Many homes have unique layouts. IHC accomodates these in any way we can. This rounded corner goes around a stairway.
